• Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
• For open-source components, the respective open-source licenses apply.
• Our website content, logo, trademarks, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without our permission.

5. Smart Contract Audits and Limitations

Our smart contract audits are conducted with high professional standards, but they:

• Do not guarantee that code is 100% secure or bug-free
• Cover only the specific version of code submitted for review
• Are limited to the scope defined in the audit agreement
• Should not be considered as investment advice or endorsement of any project
• Are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

6. AI Services and Data Use

For our AI services:

• You retain ownership of data you provide to us
• You grant us permission to use your data to provide, maintain, and improve our Services
• We may use aggregated and anonymized data for training our AI models
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashKode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to HashKode for the specific Services giving rise to such claims.
